The Levers Riddler Puzzle becomes available as soon as you can reach the Old Gotham South district. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete the Levers Riddler Puzzle in Old Gotham South:
Reach the roof of the building by the railway and approach the painting equipment in front of the cage.
Use Batman's UV Vision by pressing Triangle (PS5) while standing by the painting equipment, then look up at the numbers in the circles above the cage.
Use R3 to notice that each number has a cable under it.
Follow the cable with 1 above it to reach a lever you must pull.
Repeat the process with the remaining levers and don't forget to follow the cables in order, from 1 to 5.
Cable 1 requires you to put out a fire using Gordon's Foam Sprayer.
Cable 2 requires you to break the spider web next to it using Batman's batarang, then pick up the lever and put it in the socket.
The rest of the cables you just have to pull.
After pulling all 5 levers, the Riddler Puzzle Box opens.

How to Complete the Mechanism Riddler Puzzle in Old Gotham South:
Reach the upper platform, above the road (you can use the Grapple), and look at the side of the building.
The trick here is to use Gordon's Foam Sprayer to stop the mechanisms at the right time.
While facing the mechanisms, turn to the left to notice the green graffiti by the stairs. That is the position in which you must stop the mechanisms.
The signs by the mechanisms turn green after you foam them in the right position. If you foam a mechanism in the wrong position, you can use Gordon's Rebound Launcher (second gadget) to break the foam and try again.
After you stop all 5 mechanisms in the right position, the Riddler Puzzle Box opens.

Use Gordon's Foam Sprayer to plug the pipe where the water comes from, pick up the charged battery, and place it in one of the generators by the Riddler Puzzle Box.
Pick up the empty battery from the ground and place it in the charger on the other side of the roof.
Break the antenna behind the charger and pick up the crank.
Use the crank on the charger to power up the battery.
Pick up the charged battery and put it in the other generator next to the Riddler Puzzle Box to complete the puzzle.

First, reach the roof with the crane holding the cage, east of Wayne Tower.
Next, use Batman's Batclaw to open the side of the crane, pull the yellow lever with Batman, quickly switch to Gordon, and use his Foam Sprayer on the mechanism of the crane (left of the lever).
Then, grab the key by the mechanism, drop at the base of the ladder to the lower roof on the side with the cage.
Go behind the ladder and push the cart.
Finally, climb the ladder and open the Riddler Puzzle Box using the key from before.

Then, approach each of the three spotlights and interact with them (Triangle button on PS5) to shine the light on the question mark on the wall.

Then, try to remember the purple symbols on the wall of the building.
Next, turn the yellow crank until one of the symbols appears under the green question mark. Use Gordon's Foam Sprayer on the mechanism next to the correct symbol.

Then, turn the yellow crank to move a layer of the wheel on the wall. Move it until the symbols on it turn green.
Next, change the layer using the red button and do the same with this layer as you did with the one before.
Finally, repeat the process with the third layer to open the cage so you can obtain the Riddler Puzzle Box.

First, reach the top of the structure north of the Radio Tower on the southern edge of The Cauldron South district.
Then, smash the antenna next to the Riddler Puzzle Box, pick up the lever, and put it in the socket on the closer higher ground to the south.
Next, pull the lever and observe the three vents behind the Riddler Puzzle Box. Remember the order in which the vents open and press the red buttons in front of the lever in the same order.
Finally, after doing this correctly three times, you can obtain the Riddler Puzzle Box.
The Riddler's Mirror Puzzle becomes available as soon as you can reach The Cauldron North district. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete the Riddler's Mirror Puzzle in The Cauldron North:
Reach the Puzzle Room on the southern edge of The Cauldron North district and go inside.
Once inside, advance until you find a large mirror. If you watch the mirror with attention, you can notice that some objects are missing. To complete the puzzle, you must find the missing objects reflected in the mirror.
The lamp and the teddy bear are in the mirror with the mirror.
The candle holder and the radio player are in the next room, which you can open by pressing the red button in the mirror room.
For the radio player, you must first pick up the yellow handle on the ground in the mirror room and put it in the socket in the next room. Then, use the crank to lower the cage which you can open by throwing a batarang at the lock.
Once all the missing objects are in place, you can obtain the Riddler Box Puzzle.

The Riddler's Mirror Puzzle becomes available after you complete the Factory Meltdown Mission in Chapter 1. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete the Riddler's Mirror Puzzle in Old Gotham North:
Reach the Puzzle Room on the upper walkway by a building on the northern side of the Old Gotham North district and go inside.
Once inside, advance until you find a large mirror. If you watch the mirror with attention, you can notice that some objects are missing. To complete the puzzle, you must find the missing objects reflected in the mirror.
The radio player is found in the same room as the mirror.
The top hat mannequin is found on a chair behind a desk in the previous room.
The lamp is also found in the previous room. However, you must first destroy all the objects in the room, including the green brick hanging from the ceiling (in the corner of the room). Then, build a handle in the same corner of the room as the green brick you broke. Finally, use Batman's Batclaw to get the lamp on the ground.
Once all the missing objects are in place, you can obtain the Riddler Box Puzzle.

The Riddler's X-Ray Puzzle #1 becomes available as soon as you can reach The Cauldron South district. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete Riddler's X-Ray Puzzle #1 in The Cauldron South:
First, reach the Riddler Puzzle Box hanging by the ceiling of the warehouse, by a green and blue machine.
Then, look for three spots where you can use Batman's X-Ray Vision. These spots reveal the symbols required for the green and blue machine. Search the warehouse and look for green graffiti on the walls (with question marks) next to white tools and red tool boxes. Use R3 (PS5) to spot them quickly.
One spot is on the other side of the green and blue machine required for the puzzle.
Another spot is located next to some crates and a ladder on the western edge of the warehouse, on the same side as the green and blue machine required for the puzzle.
The last spot is just outside the warehouse, by the Metro sign on the eastern edge.
Finally, press the red buttons on the blue and green machine to input the correct symbols. When you are done, pull the yellow lever to drop the Riddler Puzzle Box and open it.

First, reach the Riddler Puzzle Box by the green and purple machine on the first floor of the building under construction on the north side of the district.
Then, look for three spots where you can use Batman's X-Ray Vision. These spots reveal the symbols required for the green and purple machine. Search the building under construction and look for green graffiti on the walls (with question marks) next to tools and red tool boxes. Use R3 (PS5) to spot them quickly.
Finally, press the red buttons on the blue and purple machine to input the correct symbols. When you are done, pull the yellow lever to drop the Riddler Puzzle Box and open it.
The Riddler's Electric Puzzle becomes available as soon as you can reach The Cauldron North district. You can complete it right away by following these steps.

First, reach the small building with the electrified floor on the southern side of The Cauldron North district.
Then, pull the yellow and quickly grab the Box inside.

The Riddler's Steam Puzzle becomes available after unlocking Batman's Explosive Spray during the Home Sweet Home Mission. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete Riddler's Steam Puzzle in Old Gotham South:
First, reach the steamy pipes under the overpass, in the lower area of the northwestern side of the Old Gotham South district.
Then, use Batman's Spectral Vision and follow the steamy pipes to a breakable wall.
Next, use Batman's Explosive Spray on the breakable wall, and turn off the two valves to stop the steam coming out of the pipes.
Finally, go and pick up the Puzzle Box.

The Old Gotham North Riddler's Van Puzzle becomes available after unlocking Catwoman during the Shreck's Department Store Mission. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete Riddler's Van Puzzle in Old Gotham North:
First, reach the blue van in front of the locked gate at the base of a building on the north side of the district.
Then, use Catwoman's cat to go through the small space left of the blue van, pick up the key next to the Puzzle Box, and bring it back to Catwoman.
Next, break the red box by the van, build a handle on the front of the van, and pull the van out of the way with Batman's car. To do so, approach the front of the van, press L1 (PS5), then hold L2.
Finally, use the key to open the gate and pick up the Riddler Puzzle Box.

The Riddler Tube Puzzle becomes available after unlocking Catwoman during the Shreck's Department Store Mission. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete the Riddler's Tube Puzzle in Old Gotham West:
First, head to the yellow tube on the side of a building on the south side of the district.
Then, go to the upper ledge under the top part of the yellow tube, destroy the 3 crates there, and build a fan that will blow the Puzzle Box further down the tube.
Next, go to the base of the tube, use Catwoman's whip to unplug the bottom part of the tube, climb the wall between the tube and the red Hotel sign, and pull the lever.
Finally, go back to the base of the tube to pick up the Riddler Puzzle Box.

The Riddler Climbing Puzzle becomes available after unlocking Catwoman during the Shreck's Department Store Mission. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete Riddler's Climbing Puzzle in The Cauldron South:
First, reach Puzzle Box at the base of a silo by the water in the northwestern part of the district.
Then, go up the stairs next to the Puzzle Box, head west until you are next to a lever, and use Catwoman to climb the silo wall to interact with the lever.
Next, continue climbing, use the ledges, grapple across, and interact with the other 2 levers.
Finally, drop down and collect the Riddler Puzzle Box.
The Riddler's Pipes Puzzle becomes available in Chapter 2. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete the Riddler's Pipes Puzzle in The Cauldron North:
First, reach the blue pipes on the side of a building on the western side of the district.
Then, use Batman's batarang to break the shaking valve on the pipe to the left, and use Gordon's Foam Sprayer to cover the hole the valve left behind.
Next, press R3 (PS5) to spot a hanging box further up, destroy the box with Batman's batarang, drop down to the box pieces, repair the blue pipe using the box pieces, and use the lever.
Go back to the Puzzle Box in the tube, follow the blue pipe to the roof to the right, and fix it:
Push the pipe part on the cart into the big pipe.
Use Gordon's Foam Sprayer on the mechanism when the pipe part connects the lower pipes.
Use Batman's Batclaw to repair the pipe where it leaks, to the far right side.
Finally, return to the tube with the Riddler Puzzle Box because you can now collect it.
The Riddler's Cage Puzzle becomes available after unlocking Catwoman during the Shreck's Department Store Mission. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete the Riddler's Cage Puzzle in The Cauldron North:
First, reach the cage at the base of the building, by the water on the southwestern side of the district. To open the cage, you require 3 keys:
For Key #1, you must use Catwoman's whip on the mechanism holding the cage by the wall on the south side of this area. When the small cage drops, the key remains on the ground. Make sure you use the key to open one of the three locks in front of the large cage.
For Key #2, you must go to the small cage in front of the containers on the north side of this area. To open this cage, you must position Catwoman on the red button on the solo container on the left side, your other character on the red button on the two containers on the right side, and Catwoman's cat on the red button in front of the small cage. Make sure you pick up the key from the small cage and go with it to open one of the other two locks in front of the large cage.
For Key #3, go down the stairs west of the large cage and pull the yellow lever by the fire. Then, use Catwoman's whip on the mechanism on top of the hand you've just moved to pour water on the fire and put it out. Next, use Catwoman's cat to go through the cat door where the fire was, and pick up the key from the ground, between the water tanks. Don't forget to use the key to open the last lock in front of the large cage.
Finally, pick up The Cauldron North Riddle Puzzle Box from the large cage that should now be open.
Riddle by Riddle Challenge RoomOld Gotham WestRiddle by Riddle Challenge Room
The Old Gotham West Riddle by Riddle Challenge Room becomes available after completing the Cold Blooded Mission. You can then complete the Challenge Room right away by following these steps.
How to Complete the Riddle by Riddle Challenge Room in Old Gotham West:
First, head to the roof of the GC Plaza building and enter the Old Gotham West Challenge Room.
Then, enter the Challenge Room after using Catwoman's whip on the mechanism above the door.
Next, head directly forward until you reach the paint on the floor, use Batman's UV Vision, and follow the paint to a bookcase that breaks itself by looking at it with the UV Vision.
Continue by using Batman's Explosive Spray on the breakable wall where the bookcase you destroyed was.
Go through the hole in the wall, press R3 (PS5), climb the highlighted wall with Catwoman, use the lever to open the cage, use Batman's batclaw on the mannequin inside the cage, pick up the handle,
Put the handle in the socket by the paint (where you started using the UV Vision), use the handle to raise the chandelier until the mirror shows a bunch of question marks, and go downstairs.
Next, cut the glass box in the corner of the room, pick up the lamp, and put it on the table like reflected in the mirror.
Continue by cutting another glass box, then pick up the item inside, go upstairs, enter the room to the right in the corridor with the arrows, pick up the radio player with your partner, switch back to the character with the item you've picked up downstairs, and place it instead of the radio player.
Put the radio player on the stand downstairs, like reflected in the mirror, go back upstairs, and use Batman's batclaw on the handle of the vent lid by the mirror with the question marks.
Next, go through the vent to enter another room, destroy the moving cart in the small elevator in the corner, put the candle holder from the table in the elevator where the cart was, and press the red button.
Finally, go pick up the Old Gotham West Riddler Puzzle Box from behind the mirror downstairs.
The Riddler's Symbols Puzzle becomes available as soon as you can reach the Gotham Village district. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete Riddler's Symbols Puzzle in Gotham Village:
First, reach the Puzzle Box on top of the stairs behind the large statue with the telescope by the water in the northwestern part of the district.
Then, approach the painting tools by the Puzzle Box, use Batman's UV Vision, and follow the paint to discover a symbol on the wall by the stairs. Go to the machine next to the Puzzle Box and press the red button on its left until it displays the symbol you just found.
Next, break the objects right behind the large statue with the telescope, build a bird statue, and look at its wing for another symbol. Go to the machine next to the Puzzle Box and press the middle red button until it displays the symbol you just found.
Go to the crate in the corner of the railing, southwest of the Puzzle Box, and break it to find a battery. Take the battery and put it in the socket under the lever on the wall further to the southwest. Climb the wall on the left side with Catwoman, pull the lever to turn on the light that reveals the last symbol.
Finally, go to the machine next to the Puzzle Box and press the red button on its right until it displays the symbol you just found. You can now pick up the Riddler Puzzle Box.
The Riddler's Railroad Puzzle becomes available as soon as you can reach the Gotham Village district. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete Riddler's Railroad Puzzle in Gotham Village:
First, reach the Riddler Box on the roof of the building just north of the train tracks on the southern side of the district.
Then, press R3 (PS5), follow the cable to some targets on the wall of the building by the railroad.
Next, destroy the two targets using Batman's batarang, and use Catwoman's whip on the two screws under the targets.
Finally, climb the wall with Catwoman, pull the lever by the target to the right, and go back to the roof to pick up the Puzzle Box.
The Riddler's Ramp Puzzle becomes available as soon as you can reach the East End district. You can complete it right away by following these steps.
How to Complete the Riddler's Ramp Puzzle in East End:
First, reach the Puzzle Box in the crane above the container building, in the scrap area on the northern side of the East End district.
Then, find the large blue trash container and look in it for a yellow valve.
Next, pick up the valve, put it in the socket by the ramp, turn the valve to complete the ramp, and get on your vehicle (preferably a small motorcycle).
Finally, use the ramp to jump with your vehicle onto the container building under the crane, and park on the pressure plate to unlock the Puzzle Box.
The Mirror Puzzle is the first Riddler Puzzle you'll get to solve in Tricorner. The puzzle is unlocked via story progression after you speak to Harvey Bullock during the Riddle Me This Mission.
How to Complete Riddler's Mirror Puzzle in Tricorner:
Enter the warehouse near Harvey Bullock.
In the first room, grab the Teddy Bear that spawns on the isolated pedestal close to the center of the room and place it on the left pedestal in front of the mirror.
In the second room, you must use Batman's Detect ability to find more items hidden in the room. Here are the exact steps:
First, grab the candle holder from the left pedestal and place it on the right pedestal while facing the mirror.
Next, grab the wooden Riddler shape hidden behind the breakable crates in the corner of the room and place it on the left pedestal.
Finally, follow the stairs on the left side of the room and grab the lamp. Place it on the pedestal in the middle of the room.
In the third Mirror Puzzle Room, you'll have only two pedestals:
Grab the stereo player behind the shelves and place it on the pedestal on the right side.
Next, turn the lever in front of the pedestals to lower the cage on the wall.
Finally, grab the lamp from the previous room and place it on the left pedestal.
Enter the last room and collect the Riddler Trophy.

Your objective for this puzzle is to use the batteries marked by the green question marks to power up the HOTEL sign.
For this, you'll need to reach the battery slots on the hotel wall using the elevator on the ground floor.
Start by grabbing the battery near the dumpsters in the back alley and placing it in the elevator's empty slot.
Next, grab the battery on the lower roof of the hotel and carry it to the elevator. Press the button two times to go up and place the battery in the empty slot halfway up the wall.
Finally, get the battery from the upper roof of the hotel and return to the elevator. Press the UP button once to reach the slot on the upper side of the wall.
Place the battery in the empty slot, then return to the ground.
Grab the battery you have used to power up the elevator, and place it back in the slot by the dumpsters.
Now, the puzzle is complete, so you can collect the Riddler Puzzle Box.
